Dear God:
I have a praise today. In Therapy today, my knee range is 103. I am grateful for that.

I just need help with my knee pain and sinus issues.

I send out prayers for family, friends, the animals and all the world problems.

Thanks for listening, Lord. In Jesus's precious name, I pray. Amen
