Poems and prose for various contests over the course of the decade. |
Darkness creeps over the earth Marking territory and slipping its shadowy fingers Under the blanket of night. All is quiet as slumber falls over everyone. As midnight approaches not a sound can be heard The snow an insulator wrapping us all in Tight and cozy in our beds. Dreaming of the earth's reawakening And the morning's frosty footprints.
