Dear God:

I am trying to be in a better frame of mind. I need your help with my thoughts and worries. I pray for my family, friends, the war in the Middle East, Ukraine, the animals and all the eight billion people in the world.

I a thankful for the blessings in my life. I need your help with my medical needs.
