Curious Journey
This life has been a curious journey
One of hidden valleys interspersed with grand mountains
Surprising vistas and lakes reflecting the expansive sky
It has been a comfort and a joy to walk this world at times
A dodgy slog at other less impressive moments
Each with much to teach and much to learn
I've tried to pack light and refused the excessive baggage
Others felt I must carry, but I've made my own way, in my own time.
