We live much of life amid unique choices. Joy is anchored in The One beyond our life. |
Sipping tea this wondrous night, alone, but not quite sad. The mellowness of soft, white light, reclines, but not quite glad. The waitfulness of sipping tea between the highs and lows doth cause a slower breathing me, contented, that it knows. The tea I'm sipping doffs Earl Grey, considered man of rank. The swill and taste are more than say, but always need to thank. When sipping tea, we need not rush. 'Tis more than nourishment. The gentleness of a moment's hush brings blest encouragement. Sipping tea, this wondrous gift brings thoughts, that do reflect. Taking time as our hearts lift we must not e'er neglect. by Jay OโToole on October 14th, 2024 ![]() |
