There is a lot within me Other Than Scriptwriting. This blog is devoted to those stories.

My Second Short Story This Month
My Second Short
Story This Month

Today was a very good day for the writing of my second Short Story for this month. Not only did I get the setup for this Short Story completed today, but I also got the first two Sections/Parts written today. That only leaves eight more Parts/Sections before I finish writing this Short Story.

What does the setup include with this Short Story? It started with the copying and pasting of this prompt. A prompt that had a little over a couple of dozen errors, according to Grammarly Pro. After that, I gave this a title and a title description for this Short Story.

I gave this Short Story the generic title that came along with this prompt because I only had time to copy this prompt into a Word document when I first set up this Short Story. It has changed twice since then, after I started writing the synopsis for this Short Story.

The first alternate title for this Short Story was “Worldwide Conflicts.” After I started writing the four-paragraph synopsis for this Short Story, I liked the title of “Airborne Weapons” instead. It sounds better than “Worldwide Conflicts. At least it does to me.

After figuring out which title to use for this Short Story, I came up with my Title Description. The first one I came up with started with the title of the second title that I’m going with. I could have kept it the same, but I changed it slightly because I don’t like keeping it the same.

It’s like my sentences and paragraphs, I don’t like it when the same word begins them back to back. I know that I have done that a lot, especially with these blog entries, but I don’t like doing it. It isn’t a problem with my scriptwriting so far, but it can be with my Short Stories.

When I finished my Title Description came a four-paragraph synopsis for this Short Story came. Most of my short stories are written like this. I wrote a few paragraphs for them. They aren’t usually included in the short stories. They’re just there to help me write my short stories.

After I finished writing these paragraphs, I started writing the ten sentences that make up the Section/Parts for this Short Story. It didn’t take me too long to do this part of my setup. Once I was finished setting up my Parts/Sections, I started writing this Short Story.

Unfortunately, I only got the first two Sections/Parts written for this Short Story. That means I have eight more Parts/Sections to write before I finish writing it. I could get it done within the next two days if they write as smoothly as I did today, but I won’t count on that until it happens.

That means I will need to write four Sections/Parts in a couple of days. It can be done, I have done it before, but I don’t think I will be doing that with this Short Story. If I’m lucky, I may get three Parts/Sections written in the next two days. That means it will be three days instead of two.

That’s okay with me. If I can get four Sections/Parts written in two days, that’s great, but if it’s three Parts/Sections over the next three days, that’s also good. As long as I get it done by the end of this week, I will be happy to get this second Short Story finished.
