Far away in New Cairo, a tech billionaire named Vincent Rayne was on a mission. Publicly, he funded green energy.

Privately? He hunted magical beings and harvested their power for weapons.

His newest project: a drone-armored army powered by corrupted dragon flame. His goal wasn’t innovation it was domination.

He believed dragons were a threat to humanity’s future. So he planned to erase them.
