Been a long time!

It has been some time since I last did an entry. And it has been eons since wrote a story! My gosh, so much has happened in the last few months. Specifically, in the personal and political world. Presently, Zohran Mamdani, the socialist nut job, is vying for the New York city mayoral seat. Also, Gavin Newsom is in the news. He's amping up to run for president. If he can't even run his own state, how can he run the country! It burns me up. The audacity of that man is mind blowing.

In the private sector, my boss has cut my hours down to four hours a week! Apparently, it is due to labor and profit discrepancies. My boss says she might increase hours in a few months-but with "No guarantee." I've been applying for financial roles on Indeed. If my hours do not go up, I may seek such a side-gig. Such an occupation requires a health and life insurance license. According to an internet search, it is relatively easy to pass with proper pre-licensing courses. But this is something I will consider a few years down the line.

...so, I just Googled the company I was thinking of taking up some day-forget it!!! It's a scam with a capital S! It is a letdown, nevertheless. lol.
