I learned there is safety in numbers.
There were metal detectors.
And the school had two security guards and one police officer.
Teachers could be carrying guns.

Thers was a panic button under the teacher's desk.
And a phone on the wall behind the teacher's desk.
Sometimes the students would press the panic button.
I learned not to say anything..."Snitches got stitches."

There was a daycare center in the center of the school.
Many of the girls got child assistance and SNAP.
Many of the girls with children weren't married and didn't know who the father was.
Some of these girls wanted to stay single so they get more benefits from the State.


That is my opinion.
