Anxiety Insomnia Blues


Anxiety blues
comes over me
late at night.

o dark hundred
my dark imagination
comes to life.

And I travel down
one rabbit hole.

After another
playing what if
games.

Endlessly
the insomnia blues
coming over me.

Until the dawning sun
Blasts me awake
And the insomnia blues
Fade away.
