I wish I lived in the Star Trek universe. It would be nice to tell a machine what I want to eat and have that meal instantly appear. How healthy that replicator food is I'm not so sure but the crew look healthy enough. Mind you I saw a photo of the various Captains and it was captioned 'Guess Picard's Enterprise was the only one with a gym.'

The transporter would be useful. I could ask one of you to beam me over a meal. I wonder what I might get, BBQ from Texas, curry from India, kangaroo from Oz. and some variety of werst? I'm told my carer tonight is a Thai lady. Could offer something exciting.
