Thoughts about Minorites

I tend to judge minority groups by their cuisine. Blacks do not have an interesting or desireable cuisine so far as I am concerned. Now, the Italians are a great minority, based on their food, as are orientals, particularly those from Thailand. Hispanics are a good minority as well, almost up to the Itlaians. Other favorite ethnic groups of mine, based on their menus: Indian, Ethiopian, Greek, German, and Scandinavian. Scots I admire for their Scotch, but that is another story altogether!
