Save Image To Your Computer

Before you can save an image to your Writing.Com portfolio, you must first have the image file saved on your computer. For example:

You can download an image to your computer from your digital camera or mobile device.

You can download an image to your computer from any royalty-free website. See "Creative Image Ideas" .

You can create the image on your computer using any graphic software, such as PaintShop Pro or Adobe Photoshop.

You can save an image to your computer from an image file attached to an email in your Writing.Com Inbox.

Right-click the filename in the email attachment area.
Open the file in another tab/window.
Right-click the image, and choose Save As to download the file to your computer.

The image file types that can be uploaded into a Writing.Com portfolio are listed in "Image" .

After you've created your image and saved it to your computer, you are ready to upload it into your Writing.Com portfolio as an Image item (see:"Create/Edit an Image" ).1
