Complain or be Annoyed?

Prompt: Are you a complainer or one who doesn't let anyone know that you are annoyed?

I get mad at work and complain to my co-workers but I don't run to the Nursing Supervisor. If I have a problem with an employee who works under me, I will resolve the problem with them. If someone is higher up and I am annoyed, well I am glad I am on midnights. I never see them. I am the person caught in the middle. I do my job and as long as the boss isn't mad at me, I am good. My husband hears all my complaints and so does my mother. I tell my best friend. Everyone needs to vent to someone. For years, I have been wanting to have a show down with family members or my husband's family members at times and it would have been World War 3 but I am more of a peace maker. I stay at my house, go shopping and do what I want. It is easier to be a peace maker then a trouble maker. I have an off line journal to complain in. I am annoyed but not a complainer.
