Pill To Cure An Ailment

Prompt: If you could create a painless, inexpensive cure for a single ailment, what would you cure and why?

I would create a pill that cures every physical disease, cancers, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, rare diseases, cuts, scrapes, over active bladder, sinus problems irritiable bowel syndrome and everything including mental illness. I couldn't just go with one ailment to cure. I want to make a pill, one pill, the pill that cures everything. Another alternative, take this pill everyday to keep from getting diseases, cancer, mental illness and every ailment including headaches. I take Meds everyday for Diabetes, high blood pressure, sinuses and over active bladder. I want and need a pill that gets rid of everything. I hope you agree.
