The Purposeful Mystery

Running down an empty lane
elongated and blurry shafts of blue speeding past
with hues of white and gray
But I can't stop.

My dark hair flowing behind me
The wind whipping at my light blue dress
I kept staring before me
Unwavering

No fear
I am not scared
Determination
Running towards my goal
Good pace, unshaken, constant
I won't give up
Don't give up on me
for I'll never do it again

On the ground that is swallowed by a placid darkness
There's nothing
But the soft and steady sound of footsteps
Complete void of black
engulfing me.
But I do not fret
I keep hanging on strongly
I will find my way
Following it.
