What Is Summer To You?

Prompt: Talks about the serenity of a pink rose. Asks what is summer to you?

To me, summer is an end to winter. Sunshine. Making plans to go to the beach, zoo, take a vacation or go places without worrying about winter blizzards. Pink roses are nice but I prefer red ones or lavender and purple ones. This is the time to plant my flowers. I also think of summer as working on a craft project to enter in the fair. Summer. Warm sunshine, nice gentle rains and best of all no blizzards or cold!
