Corrupt

Power corrupts. So does money, beauty, health.
Prompt: Have you ever had any experience with a person who is morally or politically corrupt? Do you need to take a lesson from Shakespeare's McBeth?

I had a friend who was married for 15 years but separated from her husband and she had boyfriends all the time and got mad when he had girlfriends. I have had friends who were nice and quiet and one shot her ex-husband. Other friends dealed in drugs and one guy tried to rob a gas station. I can't believe I had friends like that when I was younger. I never had a police record and I guess that I am lucky. My friends were a bad influence. Our political leaders are a bad example of morals. I wish everyone was peaceful and had good morals but this isn't that kind of world.
