The Late List
I should be doing other things right now but I'm not.

"Blog City ~ Every Blogger's Paradise [E] Prompt: Prompt: Tell us about a time when you completely lost track of time. Does it happen often or hardly at all?

Ah... well I can think of my most recent example. I talked about it a few blog entries back, in "An Accidental Account of a Storm. So basically I was eating lunch and totally not paying attention to the clock or bells and so I was late to Biology. These things don't happen to me often though. I'm usually pretty punctual.

"Blogging Circle of Friends [E] Prompt: Prompt: Write anything you want using this words clown, discredit, small, butter, tempt, towering , mouse, stir .
The following sentence will be a "pangram"  .
The towering clown worked hard to tempt and discredit the mouse by expelling stir fry and jalapeno butter from the quiet town of Valezia.

So, stuff that's happened. I went driving on Saturday, which I forgot to mention. The good news is I'm getting better. The bad news is I knocked over one of our trash cans backing out (it was supposed to be picked up on Friday anyways), I almost hit the curb when looking over my shoulder to see if I could merge, and I accelerated a ton on a turn by accident. And my turns are too wide in general. But, I'm getting closer.
Sunday I saw my friends before church. My mom is getting promoted to a weekend position, and I also found out that my friends meet before church and decide if they'll go to first or second service and just hang out. Bailey invited me to come. This should work for me. Except I'd have to get a ride with my mom to church. And she has to be there at seven.

And 7 AM Band starts next Monday. Woohoo. Goodbye, sleep! *Yawn*
I did really well on my solo today. It sounds so pretty when I play it. I love it.
I have Core team tonight. It's this student leadership thing. I'm so excited.
I had to force feed my 13-year-old sister Gatorade because I got home and she was apparently home sick and hadn't drank anything all day. She refused to drink anything (like a 2-year-old) and so I poured a glass of Gatorade, put a straw in it, and tried to force it down her throat. As soon as she started eating a pancake, I cut her deal. 1 bite of pancake = 1 sip of Gatorade. That actually worked pretty well. The funniest part was when her friend FaceTimed her towards the end of it and she answered. And so she hears me shouting "Cassie tell her to drink her Gatorade!" and then sees me try to shove the straw in her mouth.
My sister and I have a funny relationship. Almost always enjoyable though.
