Decade I Grew Up In

Prompt: What decade did you grow up in? What decade do you wish that you grew up in?

I grew up in the 60's and 70's. I like these decades. The music was good. 45 records. I miss them. I like the clothes and there was the Viet Nam War. I enjoyed seeing President Kennedy, a year before he was shot. The Beatles, Barbie, pet rock, platform shoes, smile pillows, snake shaded clothes, hippie headbands, long hair, wire glasses, movies, TV Shows, cars, mood rings, I loved living back then. I can't imagine any other decades that I would want to grow up except a trip to the past. I loved being a 60's and 70's child.
