Chap 1 Don't feel like it all needs to be fixed right now!
Then and now. I will write what was in the book, some background, then give my 2 cents from 2015 viewpoint of it all!

"Don't feel like you have to resolve everything right now" IE today/tonight this week
Take small bites of the donut--don't try to eat the whole thing at once!
A wise Therapist shared most of the above with me,when I was in the hospital, and felt so overwhelmed with getting back to my life, and realizing I had things to understand and share,to figure out what I wanted to start with. Life seemed like such a big mountain of things to do,and say Etc.
It's been my experience talking and sometimes living among other patients, that a big reason folks wind up in the ("Nut house") Mental Health place, Is being overwhelmed with life, loss, sometimes other people...
Many great people, composers Etc,dealt with this Saints,Rebbe's and others... We are blessed to have their thoughts, music, art and inspiring words.
"To be a person of truth,be swayed neither by approval nor disapproval.
Work at not needing approval from anyone and you will be free to be who you really are."~Rebbe Nachman of Breslov

Sometimes it feels like we need to fix everything and everyone...
