Spring 2016 - It is official.

Spring is here!

Early rains fell, and with it came an early spring.

The croak of frogs, the cricket's chirp, the hoot in the trees - owls talking about times to come.

All of these on the night before last night.

The wagtail's nest already has three gaping mouths calling for attention.

Turkey chicks, goose eggs everywhere, and the call of the wild geese flying by.

Spring is here!

In the darkness, the villians get together, ready for their part in the show.
Blood they will have, it is the way, this is how it will be ...
The mosquitoes with their dreaded song, waiting - all ready!

And the gnats, rats, fleas, lice, ticks, and more, all have their part to play.

Summer is on its way!
