Dedication

This poet book I dedicate
All in all to a girl named Kate
She's dear to me and I love her true
And if you knew her you would too.
She's very good and there'll not be another
To take the place of my dear Mother.

My mother's Mom was often called 'Kate' or 'Katie', although her given name was Caroline. I'm impressed that my Mom thought to add a disclaimer; an early copyright!
