Eclipse

Prompt: "An eclipse is a passing thing." Write what you want about this.

The eclipse comes just once a year. It is cool as it passes over the sun and moon and forms shadows. I think eclipses of the moon are neat because they happen at night. Maybe a wolf would howl at it. I think I would join him.

Storms pass and an eclipse just lasts a few hours. The universe is huge and there are planets, stars, the sun and the moon. I wrote a poem about an eclipse so I will just share it here. It is going to be in Shannon's next short stories newsletter. Here it is:
