I have posted my response to MHWA Mental Health Challenge and other items to this journal. |
"Invalid Item" It's Monday morning, and I'm feeling distracted and unfocused. I think the problem is that this morning, unlike last week, we had the two of the neighbor's children in the house. De watches them while their mother is at work, they came to the house about 6:30 A.M. This disrupted my morning routine (until this week they went with De when she picked up her daughter and took her to work). After I rearrange my morning routine there won't be a problem, but this morning I couldn't say my morning prayers until after everyone left. I sleep on a recliner in my living room, so I think what I'll do is make a place in my bedroom for prayer and meditation. I'm feeling less distracted now because I was able to meditate and pray after they left. The disruption of a routine is upsetting, but sometimes it is necessary and it helps keep a person on their toes. |
