| Prompt: What does meditation mean to you and how do you meditate?
Meditation is the ability to relax and think of good things and forget your problems. As a writer, you go into your inner self and think good thoughts. I meditate by reading devotions, praying, writing and reading. I bought a book: MEDITATION IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK BY JON KARAT ZINN at Barnes and Nobles. I am hoping to learn from this book and find new ways to meditate.
I can watch TV and think of things that make me happy. Driving down the road with the radio off, I can meditate. Writing in my journal, I can relax by just putting thoughts down on paper. Sitting in my room edition by myself, I can meditate. I can do the same with Stress Relief Coloring. You don't need a Yoga Mat and have to do a lot of chants. Just relax and think good thoughts and do what you love to do. This works for me.
