Already there is debate on Luck going to the Hall Of Fame.

The Raiders has placed Doug Martin on injured reserve and signed Corey Liught.
The team also signed Bryson Allen-Williams and released Andrew DePaola.
Houston Texan's Lamar Miller has reportedly torn his ACL and is out for the year.

The Winnipeg Jets have signed Gabriel Bourque to a one-year, two-way contract.
The Tampa Bay Lightning has signed Pat Maroon to a one-year, $900,000 contract.
