Tornado

rips lives apart
in the blink of an eye,

but people rally
and begin to plan
for the next chapter.

Cherita is the Malay word for "story" or "tale".

Number of Lines: 6

Rules:
A cherita consists of a one-line stanza, followed by a two-line stanza, and then finishing with a three-line stanza.
