Standing Up For God's Word When Read

Prompt: Do you think people should stand up when God's word is read?

It depends if a person is able to stand up for a long length of time. I can't stand in one place too long. It is alright to sit there and read God's word or hear God's word. Just don't be on your phone, talking to someone else in church or laugh. Listen to God's word. We can do this sitting down. If you are sincere and listen to God's word, sitting or standing, that is what counts. Give God your complete attention when his word is being spoken or read.
