Week Two
I hit my goal! I exercised kind of three times this week. I say kind of because yesterday I was playing with a kitten, and man it was tiring. I ran around the house chasing him, squatting every five seconds to pick up the little ball and tease him with it and run around again seeing if he caught it or not. Then, we had a hide and seek moment where we hid behind something and I would shout "PEEKABOO" and have him run somewhere else. It was fun. The other times were mere walks, over an hour long.

I feel good this week. I notice a dip in my hips again where my hourglass figure used to be. And I have been eating pretty healthily, making sure my mom got NOTHING ELSE, but healthy food. I had one small little cheat this morning for breakfast, eating a dark chocolate peanut butter and fluff (yes, there's such thing as dark chocolate peanut butter!) on toast, but in my defense, I was in a rush to get on my computer and get to homeroom.

So yeah. I am a four today, content, and my body is bleh. It is better than last week, and I hope this is foreshadowing!

My goal for next week is to try and exercise for five days. I need to do this for PE and I didn't do good since I really don't have many options for exercise. *Frown*
