When a successfully completed mission goes awry and Rounin disappears into the shadows, the vampire lord sends everything he's got after Rounin and E.S.A.S. is forced to investigate his disappearance and the sudden and tragic death of his wife. But what was once a simple mission turns into a full blown annihilation attempt, the world is thrown into a War of Shadows that could very well lead to the apocalypse of the world.
