What benefits might an optimist have that a pessimist wouldn't have and why? In our life negative thoughts is the main obstacles in our path. Each and every step of our life we face problem and sometimes this makes us depressed. If we optimistic and accept the problem in our life we would be happier. Optimism or hope keeps us alive and it is very important for our mental health also. An example Suppose that you are stuck in the elevator. If you get panic you can’t breathe and sometimes you may die of panic. So don’t worrying about the things that might go wrong. Think about something positive because optimism makes us to feel better. Physical health and mental health both are important in our life. Pessimist people cannot shine in life and to them life is meaningless. Sometimes pessimist people commit suicide. |
