Ever since I've started school, I've started to become less and less healthy. I started to forget what to eat and literally to eat food. I stopped taking walks and exercising, just because I've felt like I don't have the time for it. I've also been really stressed out over the tiniest things since quarantine. So, every Friday--whenever I have the time--I will share with you my feelings about certain things going on in my life, and how much I feel that this journal is helping me.|

The scoring system I invented to keep track of how I'm doing (other than a chart) is rating.
My feeling in general about life is from 1-5:
1 - Terrible
2 - Not so good
3 - Fine
4 - Pretty good
5 - Amazing
