What are we doing here?

After writing about mental health for a few years, I've learned a couple of things:
1. The topic is endlessly fascinating
2. The world desperately needs to talk about it more

I'm starting this blog because, through my own challenges (that you'll probably hear about here at some point), I know firsthand how beneficial it can be to share stories and talk openly. The goal of this blog is to create a space for honest, evidence-based information about mental health. I'll share some tools, personal reflections (maybe some ranting), and hopefully some material that inspires you to get the conversation started in your own life.

Support and encouragement are the name of the game. If you're struggling, I'm rooting for you. If someone you love is struggling, well, I'm rooting for them too.

Thanks for reading,
Laura
