This all seems so unreal,
the screams awaken me
my heart is pounding
my feet are tangled , but i need to reach you.
Can you even hear me, calling out your name?

Tears seem impossible now;
as the emotions are gone.
Numbness is all i can understand
I want to live in a safe world again.
I am pleading for someone to set me free..

All your words are a blur now, even your smell has faded.
Everything seems like a lie.
The promises, are shattered.
