Lost And Alone

Children of the world
feel so lost and alone,
their parents don't care for them
out drinking, never at home.

They are left with babysitters
who can't ever be trusted,
children die by their hands
days and years later, they get busted.

A child should never feel this way
another innocent soul being pushed aside,
they should all be able to be loved
hugs, kisses, kindness and good, to be applied.
