Critique My Speech Opening. How would you improve this 30 second Opening?

[Introduction]
Can you think back to a time that you…dared to dream? A dream that you were…excited about? A dream that got the adrenaline pumping through your veins…got you passionate…and made you feel…alive?
And then, like Craig Valentine says, “Have you ever made the mistake…of taking a positive idea…to a negative person?” Yeah, I see some of you nodding. Taking a positive idea to a negative person is like taking your pet lamb to a butcher. Not a good idea…
When you take your dream to a negative person, you’ve just taken your Dream to the Dreamkiller…and he huffs and he puffs…and he blows your dream down.
