As a throwback to the very first contests I ever entered I will be accepting short stories (*1,000 words or less) and *poems (32 lines or less) to four memorable prompts from this year.
Follow the rules of each prompts contest! My very first submission was disqualified from the writers cramp because I forgot to bold the keywords. Don't make the same/similar mistake with word counts and not posting in {b-item:#######} format.

- Write a story or poem describing a spiritual or out of body experience caused by a workout or extreme activity.

- In 300 words or less, write a story using the BOLDed phrase "we never saw them again".

- Write a story or poem about a competition between crossword puzzlers. At least 4 lines must be in the form of a crossword answer key (Answers don't have to be realistic but extra kudos if they are!)

Bonus prompt: Share your list of thanks... rhyme it, time it, [narrate it if you choose]... read it to your loved ones on Thanksgiving day or print it out and leave it at their holiday gathering place-settings; it will be a gift they never forget.

*For Prompt 2: poems are not allowed AND word limit is 300; for Prompt 3 ONLY poems are allowed.

Up to 4 different stories/poems may be submitted, one for each prompt. The following entry fees must accompany entries 2 -4:
1st entry = FREE!
2nd entry = 500gps
3rd entry = 1,000gps
4th entry = 1,500gps
IOW: If you submit an entry for every prompt you will pay 3,000gps in entry fees
