Drawing is January 20th.Instead of drawing actual cards, winners will be chosen with a virtual dice draw of 52 sides and 52 winners. I will roll once, then go down the list in order and locate the port owner winner. The port owner owner winner is then excluded from the reviewer draw and a new virtual dice roll is created.
