With this score, I'd expect a detailed review with lots of improvement suggestions... wasn't your case with that person.

Isa is right though, the low reviewers make us think.

I too re-wrote one of my pieces completely when it got a 2.5 (after a few of initial 5's), complete with a bashy, but very insightful, one-liner... I gave a detailed review of that guy's 3 pieces to make it worth his while, re-wrote my story and asked him to take another look... he did, to say 'much better now. On your way!' and left the rating as it was

Don't bother thinking about it... if there was even a gram of help in the review, scores are secondary (or so I tell myself ).
