Thanks for the info Kelly, it really is helpful!! Just know that I don't really have anyone else who might take it seriously and that is why I come here. My sisters do stop me when they see me doing it because apparently I do do it absentmindedly!

I am getting better with it now that I am more aware that I am doing it. I'm a lot better at resisting the urge to do it.
