SLAM!

Just another reminder ...

To enter the practice round (and subsequent PRELIM rounds) correctly - you need to first find the prompt ("SLAM Practice Round"  ), read it CAREFULLY, write your poem, then go back to the original prompt message ("SLAM Practice Round"  ), REPLY to that message, so that your subject line reads "Re: SLAM Practice Round" - then submit your post.

Before Monday at 10am, there will be a post that says "PRELIM ROUND 1" - same thing applies. Read the prompt carefully, write your poem, post it by hitting REPLY to the prompt (by midnight Friday) - and you'll be entered in that Round. You can then go back and edit your entry as often as you'd like, just as long as you only do so BEFORE MIDNIGHT on Friday, May 19.

During the actual SLAM, entries will be suspended that aren't posted correctly or that don't follow the prompt. So make sure you read the entire forum header, read all of the instructions, and if you have questions, you can email one of the judges, or post in the "The SLAM! Green Room" .
