Oh, I would highly recommend it.

After all, he's new! You can send him into hostile forums and have him make racist jokes and whatnot!

A fine practical joke, in my opinion, is to give him an Amazon ID number for an embarassing book ("Answers To The Question: Why Are All The Other Guys So Much Bigger... Down There?") and have him review it, so everyone knows just how he feels about his "special problem". Comedy gold, my friend!
