Writer's Fallout Shelter

No I have goals and objectives and I'm willing to do the work to make them happen, but at the same time I don't want to expect to get published because what happens if it never happens? I hope for the best I just don't expect it to happen. No matter what I have other skills and a job that I can depend on as long as I need to. I'm not being pessamistic I'm just being realistic. In general expectations only lead to disappointment. Hope is another thing entirely. And then there are the times that you just have to take a leap of faith...
