Although that's great that you've stopped cutting remember that you also have to do it for yourself. Recovery is a hard process but will only work if it's truly something you want to do. I've been si free for about 8 months now. Relapses happen but I always seem to get back on track. Hang in there, pace yourself, and remember that if you happen to relapse not to beat yourself up because it happens to all of us.
