Yeah, that helps a lot.

Funnily enough, I finally got over him a night or two ago. I watched a great movie, then went to sleep. I had a dream about him walking away, and that was the end of that.

No, I think keeping your hands busy works. Sometimes I sew, or make a book, or something. It was just that night was like a battle of wills, the desire to cut, truly wanting to cut, and the consequences of having to hide it.
