Writer's Fallout Shelter

Just happen to be taking a stroll around the site and landed here. Thought I'd say hi and well maybe ask a question while I'm at it.

How do you solve the problem of wanting to write and having your head full, but at the same time having to hold down a day job to make things like house payments, car payments, everything 3 kids could need, and still stay sane?

I would love some suggestions as I have hit the wall where I am so stressed about not having the time, now I don't seem to be able to pick up the pieces I have started and put them anywhere. I currently have 3 different puzzles going, and I can see the roads, but can't seem to make my feet travel anywhere.
