I have to ask why you cannot give yourself permission to just write? Even if crap, slush, or junk comes out. Just write. All the words we write are made up of the alphabet, so we are usually writing it over and over -- just not in alphabetical order. Try making up a name, then describe what that person is doing, BUT DON'T ALLOW your internal editor to disrupt you. I cannot tell you how many times, as I'm writing, that small voice in my head says: "You should write it like this, not like that." It's very hard at first, but that editor can be put aside until you get the first draft done. Then I turn loose my internal editor. Hope I helped some.
