Hello, Agnes. Welcome to the Fallout Shelter.

The only difficulty with being a minor and publishing is that you are not legally able to sign a contract. For this reason, your parent or legal guardian will have to be involved in the process. Because of this, you will need to be upfront about your age when you query any agent or publisher.

When using the internet to research potential agents or publishers, be wary. There are little checks on the information posted on the internet. Make certain the source is reliable, knowledgable, and unbiased.
