Deleting Group Members and Member Self-Delete

darkin and I have been chatting and thought of a feature we'd love to have for groups. When you go in and delete a group member or when a group member self-deletes, we thought it would be nice to have an option box where a reason for leaving could be included and sent with the email. This would save time and emails.
